Once again, unless otherwise specified, details of a credit card as a "guarantee" are required for confirmation, together with personal data, which will be handled in accordance with the law on privacy 675/96 (see the next step on “Information regarding privacy”).
After a few minutes, the customer will receive the booking voucher directly via e-mail or via fax as confirmation. This must be shown to the hotel on arrival. The voucher indicates the details for the reservation: type of accommodation, board arrangements, prices and the helpful information for contacting the hotel booked. If you do not receive personal confirmation please get in touch with our booking centre immediately.

The balance for the accommodation, unless otherwise indicated, must be paid together with any extras and other services not indicated on the voucher directly to the hotel before departure.
For any particular requirements we suggest you contact the hotel chosen directly.

INFORMATION REGARDING PRIVACY “Obligatory information according to Italian Law 675/96, article 10 on privacy”

Our booking centre operates in accordance with the aforementioned law on privacy. Hence the client agrees explicitly to the use of the personal data supplied by him in order to provide the service requested and to the consequential use of this data for the necessary commercial, administrative and fiscal purposes inherent in our activities. As regards the treatment of data, the following is specified:
· The personal data acquired will be collected and used as permitted by the law, on computer and paper media, exclusively to provide the services requested, also when this data is made available to other partners in the same service.
· The acquiring of personal data concerning the client is necessary in order to supply the services required. In the absence of this data it will not be possible to supply the services requested and fulfil the obligations linked to the provision of these services.
