Far from the bustle of the city, in the first row along the Giulianova's promenade, in a private pine forest of more than 1400 square meters, Avila Hotel is the ideal place to combine a relaxing stay. Reception, restaurant, continental breakfast buffet, elevator, bar, TV room and lounge, garden, pinewood with chutes and bowls, parking, are the main services. The sandy beach is at 50 mt. reachable through the pine forest of the interior.

Location and amenities

Historic city of northern Abruzzo, has a strong trade and tourism and is among the most popular seaside resorts of the middle Adriatic. It stretches between the natural borders formed by the river Salinello at north, and from the river Tordino at south. To west it borders with the town of Mosciano Sant'Angelo at noon with the municipality of Roseto degli Abruzzi, to the north with that of Tortoreto and to the east by the Adriatic Sea. The city is divided into two main clusters saldatesi between them in recent decades: Giulianova also known as country or Giulianova High and Giulianova Lido (or Giulianova Beach). The first includes the Old Town and lies on a hill of moderate altitude (approximately 70 m asl) to less than one kilometer from the coastline, while the Lido is the most modern tourist, developed during the twentieth century on the banks of Adriatic’s Sea.
